The United States Polo Association (USPA) is thrilled to announce that the 2023 USPA Fall Committee, Board of Governors and Annual Member Meeting will take place in Indio, California, at the La Quinta Resort & Club from Wednesday, September 27 through Saturday, September 30. For convenient travel, Palm Springs International (PSP) is the closest airport to the resort, situated approximately 20 miles away.
The USPA Fall Committee, Board of Governors and Annual Member Meeting provides USPA members with the opportunity to audit committees and become more involved with the governance and future direction of the Association. During the Fall Meetings, members can voice their opinions, seek advice and pose questions relevant to the sport. The Association encourages all members to represent their club's interests and interact with the Board and USPA staff. A $1,500 travel reimbursement stipend is available for all Club Delegates, and lunch will be provided to all attending members.

The suspension of USPA Tournaments and Events will be lifted for USPA Member Clubs in locales where hosting polo matches and tournaments is permitted under applicable state and local laws, executive orders and similar decrees. The USPA Member Clubs in these locales are encouraged to follow all such requirements of their state and local authorities with respect to polo operations. In addition, we also encourage all USPA Member Clubs to take the precautions recommended by the CDC. We are preparing a detailed list of best practices for USPA Member Clubs as they return to hosting USPA Tournaments and Events and plan to circulate these guidelines within the next week. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and will notify you if we determine a different course of action is necessary.
