Global Polo TV to offer live and VOD coverage of all games, including the semifinals and finals to viewers around the world.

Global Polo TV (GPTV), a subsidiary of USPA Global Licensing Inc., and the premier destination for polo, has announced a renewed partnership giving GPTV the rights to air the Cartier Queen’s Cup and the Talacrest Prince of Wales’s Championship Cup to viewers around the world. The renewal highlights another step toward a long-term partnership that marks the expansion of coverage of these prestigious international tournaments for polo fans around the world.

Greg Hughes, Polocam Director, shared, "We look forward to bringing polo to a wider audience with our continued partnership with Global Polo. With the support of Guards Polo Club and Global Polo we have some exciting things planned for the 2022 season. From the first throw in, to the final whistle, we hope viewers from around the world enjoy everything that's on offer."

GPTV will include all games during the Cartier Queen’s Cup tournament, scheduled from Tuesday, May 17 to Sunday, June 12, and all games from the Talacrest Prince of Wales’s Championship Cup, scheduled from Monday, August 1 to Sunday, August 14. “We are thrilled to collaborate once again and expand the coverage of these prestigious events for our GPTV subscribers and for other global markets, through the partnerships with leading television and content groups,” said J. Michael Prince, President and CEO of USPA Global Licensing. “This initiative creates one location for polo content which introduces new fans to the sport of polo.”

These tournaments and other top championships from the United States that these players competed in will be available on-demand on ESPN.com. They will also be featured in the monthly Global Polo Show series presented by U.S. Polo Assn., produced and distributed by GPTV with ESPN, beIN Sports, Rural Channel in Canada and Horse & Country. Fans of polo can gain access to live English-language coverage as well as hundreds of hours of historical content offered by Global Polo TV. This includes top USPA Official Events, Player Interviews and Best of the Week content series as well as extensive program archives in The Vault, all offered for free on Global Polo TV at www.globalpolo.com.
