Congratulations to Grand Champion (Francisco Escobar, Juan Bollini, JJ Celis and MVP Grant Ganzi), winners of the 89th Ambassadors Cup at Port Mayaca Polo Club. Santa Clara (Lucas Escobar, Luis Escobar, Marc Ablerle and Malcolm Borwick) put up a valiant effort, staying within two goals for the entire game. Final score: 7-5.5

In the Highground vs.Dutta Corp game, the ongoing battle between USPA Chairman Joe Meyer and USPA President Chip Campbell for the Atlanta Charity Cup continued with Meyer's Team defeating Dutta Corp. The challenge between Meyer and Campbell is an ongoing "wager" where the defeated team writes a check to the winner's favorite charity. Meyer selected and accepted Campbell's check on behalf of the Harvard Polo Club. A great time was had by all.

The suspension of USPA Tournaments and Events will be lifted for USPA Member Clubs in locales where hosting polo matches and tournaments is permitted under applicable state and local laws, executive orders and similar decrees. The USPA Member Clubs in these locales are encouraged to follow all such requirements of their state and local authorities with respect to polo operations. In addition, we also encourage all USPA Member Clubs to take the precautions recommended by the CDC. We are preparing a detailed list of best practices for USPA Member Clubs as they return to hosting USPA Tournaments and Events and plan to circulate these guidelines within the next week. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and will notify you if we determine a different course of action is necessary.
