Culver Academies in Culver, Indiana, seeks to hire a USPA Certified Polo Instructor to deliver coaching two evenings a week to high school student-athletes. The evenings are Mondays and Wednesdays, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, beginning in January and ending in March. Salary is negotiable and will include travel expenses.

Qualified candidates must:

• Be a member of the United States Polo Association and a USPA Certified Polo Instructor.
• Have a commitment to modeling Culver’s mission and cultivating character.
• Have a deep passion for and knowledge of polo.
• Be willing to develop professionally and continually improve as a coach.
• Have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with other coaches and parents.
• Have a strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Have a clear vision concerning what it means/takes to build and maintain a successful team.
• Have an enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a passion for teaching and coaching.
