All week, play was fast and furious, and the beautiful events throughout the tournament made for a glorious week of parties and polo. The opening party was sponsored by Alberto and Kari Ardissone as well as Giorgio Brignone, founder of the Careyes Polo Club. The headlining sponsor, Bulgari, was spectacular, hosting a special trunk show of their stunning jewelry at the Castle Orient de Sol accompanied by Ferrari sparkling wine and complimentary Campari. The competing teams were honored at each of the events.

In the semifinals, Quinto Sol met La Karina and Cabinet Connection battled against Agua Alta. The two winners, Cabinet Connection and Quinto Sol, advanced to the finals. The game was back-and-forth right up until the end, but Cabinet Connection was able to edge out Quinto Sol by one to steal the victory 9-8.

Never once wavering in faith or determination, this year marked the first time that the Falk brothers have won the Agua Alta/USPA Southwestern Constitution Cup in their 13 years of competing. The Falk brothers have spent years traveling the world and playing together as “Los Hermanos” as a tribute to their brother, Josh, who passed away at 18 in a tragic car accident. The brothers’ business, JCW, also has meaningful familial ties, as it was named after the three brothers (Josh, Chris and Will). Inspired by their story, GQ Magazine offered to sponsor the “Los Hermanos” team this year in the Agua Alta/USPA Southwestern Constitution Cup. “It was a dream come true for the Falk family…together anything is possible!” shared Chris Falk, who is ecstatic about the win.

To end the tournament, Will Falk was named Amateur MVP and Diego Solorzano’s Alvanera was awarded Best Playing Pony honors. Fernando Morganti was named Pro MVP.
