Club Information

For over 100 years, Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club (SBPRC) has provided a world class polo facility for polo professionals and amateurs of all levels. Situated between the Carpinteria Foothills and the Pacific Ocean, the club offers an unparalleled location for adrenaline-filled competition. SBPRC offers over six months of polo each year at a variety of levels. Their season begins in mid-April when local California players are invited to play in casual club chukkers before the start of the spring season. The 12-goal season runs from May to June, followed by the prominent high-goal season. The Pacific Coast Open is the highlight of the summer season.

Spectators are invited from May through the first weekend in October to catch the action at their featured 3:00pm Sunday matches. Learn about polo and be part of the club through lessons in the arena and on the grass, clinics, coaching league, arena league and camps for adults and youth at the Polo Academy directed by USPA Certified Polo Instructor, Jeff Scheraga.
