Pacific Coast Circuit Intra-Circuit Cup

Tournament History

Pacific Coast Circuit Intra-Circuit Cup

This year's tournament fields eight competitive 12-goal teams, including 2018 champions Klentner Ranch with returning players Jesse Bray and father-son pairing Justin and Luke Klentner. Joining Klentner Ranch is Lucchese, Antelope, Antelope Jr., FMB TOO!/Sapa, Bensoleimani.com, Dundas and Dundas II. Showcasing some of the country's best young talent, Klentner Ranch, Dundas and Dundas II all boast one Team USPA member amongst their ranks.

As the country emerges out of the COVID-19 crisis, the USPA established opportunities to support USPA Member Club events through the use of the COVID-19 USPA Polo Tournament Stimulus Package, which provides eligible USPA Member Clubs with waived tournament fees, trophies or reimbursements, one professional umpire and $2,500 in prize money per tournament at no extra cost. Offered to each club for the first two USPA tournaments of 2020 following the COVID-19 USPA Tournaments and Events suspension, Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club will be taking advantage of the program for this tournament.

Situated between the Carpenteria Foothills and the Pacific Ocean, the club offers an unparalleled location for adrenaline-filled competition. Santa Barbara Polo Club offers over six months of polo each year at a variety of levels. Their season begins in mid-April when local California players are invited to play in casual club chukkers before the start of the spring season. Their 12-goal season runs from May to June, followed by their prominent high-goal season. The Pacific Coast Open is the highlight of the summer season and is the only Open tournament on the West Coast.

Learn about polo and be part of the club through lessons in the arena and on the grass, clinics, coaching league, arena league and camps for adults and youth at the new Polo Academy.
