Junior and youth awards were presented by the PTF and the USPA handed out several prestigious awards. Chosen by a select committee involved with Florida junior and youth polo, the following received recognition for their behavior and activity on the field of play during the 2017 season:

Congratulations to these wonderful young players who stood out among a fantastic group of players participating in Florida Junior and Youth Polo this season.
This event continues to grow and gain momentum, and has become a popular event on the Friday before the U.S. Open Final. The Pavilion was a great venue for the event and IPC did an excellent job hosting. The PTF thanks the USPA for sponsoring the cocktail hour. The live and silent auctions raised approximately $70,000 for the PTF general and scholarship funds, and was followed by dancing to end a wonderful evening.

The suspension of USPA Tournaments and Events will be lifted for USPA Member Clubs in locales where hosting polo matches and tournaments is permitted under applicable state and local laws, executive orders and similar decrees. The USPA Member Clubs in these locales are encouraged to follow all such requirements of their state and local authorities with respect to polo operations. In addition, we also encourage all USPA Member Clubs to take the precautions recommended by the CDC.
