Due to travel restrictions caused by the pandemic, the USPA will be hosting the Fall Committee, Board of Governors and Annual Member Meeting via Zoom. Committee Meetings will be scheduled from Monday, October 5 through Friday, October 9. The Annual Member Meeting will take place on Friday, October 9, beginning at 3:00pm ET and feature a Chairman's Address from Stewart Armstrong regarding the future of the Association. The Fall Board of Governors Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 10. USPA Members are invited to attend open committee meetings and LLC presentations as scheduled throughout the week. Prior to joining the meeting, USPA Members will need to sign up for a free Zoom account. Zoom links to register for specific committee meetings are listed below. All USPA Members are encouraged to sign up in advance and utilize the "Add to Calendar" feature on the Zoom registration email. The suspension of USPA Tournaments and Events will be lifted for USPA Member Clubs in locales where hosting polo matches and tournaments is permitted under applicable state and local laws, executive orders and similar decrees. The USPA Member Clubs in these locales are encouraged to follow all such requirements of their state and local authorities with respect to polo operations. In addition, we also encourage all USPA Member Clubs to take the precautions recommended by the CDC. We are preparing a detailed list of best practices for USPA Member Clubs as they return to hosting USPA Tournaments and Events and plan to circulate these guidelines within the next week. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and will notify you if we determine a different course of action is necessary.
